Cocktail to Induce Labour
2 tablespoons Almond Butter
2 tablespoons Castor Oil
Blend with 1 cup Water
Add 5 drops of Verbena Officinalis essential oil
Mix with 2 cups of Apricot nectar ( or other thick juice, e.g. mango or guava)
Drink in early morning (if possible). May be repeated 5 hours later, if needed.
