Raeghan Siemens has over 23 years of experience in women’s health, specializing in fertility, pregnancy, and menopause. She loves supporting clients through their fertility journey, acting as their coach and biggest advocate, and offering evidence-based guidance in nutrition, supplements, and lifestyle strategies. Raeghan works closely with all major fertility clinics in Vancouver, giving her a unique bird’s-eye view of current protocols and allowing her to guide clients with clarity and confidence.
As one of BC’s leading experts in prenatal care, Raeghan founded and serves as President of the International Association for Obstetrical Acupuncture (OBAA) (obaa.org), and she teaches midwives how to safely and effectively integrate acupuncture during labor. She is passionate about supporting people through every stage of pregnancy and helping them feel comfortable, empowered, and well-cared for.
Raeghan also has a deep love for supporting women through menopause. She creates individualized, evidence-informed treatment plans to help women navigate this transition with more ease, balance, and confidence, allowing them to feel grounded and supported during a time of major hormonal change.
Beyond reproductive health, Raeghan helps people manage stress, anxiety, depression, and she treats acute and chronic musculoskeletal and neurological conditions using traditional acupuncture and motor-point techniques to improve comfort and quality of life.
She earned her B.Sc. from the University of Alberta and studied Chinese Medicine at the Canadian College of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine in Victoria, BC, followed by postgraduate studies in obstetrics, gynecology, and sports medicine.
